Fierté Simcoe Pride annually holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM).
An AGM is a gathering of an organization's members and interested community members. At an AGM, the directors of the organization present an annual report containing information for members and the community about the organization's year. Members with voting rights vote on reports, by-law amendments, and elect members to the board of directors and discuss the issues important to them.
This year's AGM will be a hybrid meeting.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided in person. Please bring a reusable mug/bottle if you have one.
The program room is accessible with automatic doors and a ramp (if entering from the library main entrance)
Registering for the AGM means we can email you the agenda for the meeting, and the link to the virtual Google Meet.

To become a member of Fierté Simcoe Pride, contact one of the executive board members. The annual membership fee is $5.00. The board also considers people who regularly attend non-paid events members.

Call for Directors
A new board will be elected at the AGM, some board members are on a two-year term and some are on a one-year term. FSP's current maximum board is 10 directors, with 5 executive positions. The 5 executive positions are elected by the directors at a board meeting that immediately follows the AGM. New board members are provided with an onboarding package to bring them up to speed.
